Pipeline

Your Client Streamline account includes a Medicare sales pipeline that tracks every lead from first contact all the way through enrollment. You’ll find it under Opportunities in the left menu.

Each lead moves through these stages as your relationship progresses:

Stage What it means
New Lead A fresh contact you haven’t worked yet.
Engagement You’ve made contact and the conversation is active.
Appointment Set An appointment is on the calendar.
App Submitted You’ve submitted their application.
Enrolled / Accepted The policy is approved and active.
AEP Lead Someone to revisit during the Annual Enrollment Period.
Closed / Lost Not moving forward — kept for your records.

Think of the pipeline as your working list. Drag an opportunity from one stage to the next as things happen, and at a glance you always know who needs attention, who’s waiting on an application, and who to circle back to at AEP.
