Getting Started

Welcome to Client Streamline. This section walks you from a brand-new account to a fully working CRM in the same order we’d cover it together on a setup call — so you can move at your own pace and come back to any step later.

Work through these in order. Each one takes a few minutes, and you only do them once.

  1. Connect your email — so appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups send from your address.
  2. Set up your phone and texting — get a number for calling and SMS from inside your CRM.
  3. Import your clients — bring your existing book of business in with the right fields mapped.
  4. Learn your calendars — your in-person, virtual, and phone booking options.
  5. Learn your automated follow-up — the sequences that work in the background so no lead goes cold.

Your account isn’t blank. It comes pre-built for insurance work, so most of the heavy setup is already done for you:
